Ubin First Stop Restaurant started in 1990 in Pulau Ubin, home to Singapore’s last few villages and kampongs. In 2008, Ubin First Stop Restaurant ( Changi ) opens in the heart of Changi Village, a popular recreational hotspot where many people come to enjoy the beaches and the sun. Located next to Changi Jetty, the Restaurant is imbued with a rustic laid back charm, a reminiscent of good old kampong days. Built on an elevated platform, it stands on stilts and has a huge air-conditioned and sprawling alfresco dining area.
Most of the seafood served is as fresh as you can get because it is caught from the waters off Pulau Ubin. With an array of seafood favorites, our signature dish of Singapore’s only “Sambal Chilli Crab” is a must for every table.
